CONFORMAR, la comisión de recepción de la Obra:"MEJORAMIENTO DE LOS SERVICIOS DE INFRAESTRUCTURA AL LOCAL DEL ADULTOMAYOR, DISTRITO DE COCACHACRA, PROVINCIA DE ISLAY, DEPARTAMENTO DE AREQUIPA", el mismo que queda integrado por los siguientes miembros:
• PRIMER MIEMBRO: Arq. Juan Alberto Santillana Aguedo - Gerente de Infraestructura y
Desarrollo Urbano.
• SEGUNDO MIEMBRO: Arq. Jhong Elver Aragón Saire - Sub Gerente de Obras
Públicas.
• TERCER MIEMBRO: C.P.C. Lizardo Candelaria Velarde Chávez - Jefe de Contabilidad.
• CUARTO MIEMBRO: lng. Freddy Arturo Flores Pimentel - Supervisor de Obra (Asesor
técnico).
