Artículo 1º.- CONVOCAR a la población debidamente organizada, a las Organizaciones Públicas y Privadas que ejecutan acciones en la Provincia y autoridades elegidas democráticamente a participar activamente en el PROCESO DEL PRESUPUESTO PARTICIPATIVO BASADO EN RESULTADOS Y CIERRE DE BRECHAS DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD PROVINCIAL DE PADRE ABAD.
