ARTÍCULO PRIMERO: APROBAR la DESIGNACIÓN de la CONFORMACIÓN DEL COMITÉ DE ENTREGA DE TERRENO de la OBRA EN EL MARCO DE LA EJECUCIÓN DE LA OBRA: "MEJORAMIENTO DEL SERVICIO DE PROVISIÓN DE AGUA PARA RIEGO EN CANAL CELESTINO (SECTOR CANAL ADUCTOR, SECTOR EL MANGO Y SECTOR LA SESENTA) DE CENTRO POBLADO PACCHA DISTRITO DE CHULUCANAS DE LA PROVINCIA DE MORROPON DEL DEPARTAMENTO DE PIURA", CON CỤI N°2666081; de conformidad a lo establecido en la Ley General de Contrataciones Públicas - Ley N°32069 y su Reglamento y en virtud a lo expuesto en el Informe Nº D002512-2025- MPM-SI de fecha 26 de diciembre del 2025 de la Sub Gerencia de Infraestructura el cual estará integrado por los siguientes Profesionales
- Ing. VICTOR HUGO MOGOLLON ROSAS - Sub Gerente de Infraestructura.
- Ing. CARLOS ARTURO PUERTAS ZETA - Especialista en Estudios y Proyectos.
- Ing. GEORGE CRISTHIAN ALBAÑIL CARMONA - Especialista en Estudios y Proyectos.
Apoyo técnico: Ing. José Guillermo Baquedano Callao en su calidad de Jefe de Supervisión de Obra.
