APROBAR la CONTRATACIÓN DIRECTA POR EL SUPUESTO DE SITUACIÓN DE EMERGENCIA, para la CONTRATACION DEL SERVICIO A TODO COSTO PARA LA EJECUCION DE LA FICHA TECNICA: "REHABILITACION DE LAS CALLES CON AFIRMADO Y EVACUACIÓN DE AGUA PLUVIALES EN EL A.H. SANTA ROSA DE ÑÁCARA EN LA CIUDAD CHULUCANAS, DISTRITOS DE CHULUCANAS, PROVINCIA DE MORROPÓN, DEPARTAMENTO PIURA", por un monto de S/ 58, 334.16 (CINCUENTA Y OCHO MIL TRESCIENTOS TREINTA Y CUATRO CON 16/ 100 SOLES), por la causal establecida el literal b) del numeral 27.1 del articulo 27 de la Ley de Contrataciones del Estado - Ley N° 30225, concordante con los artículos 100º, literal b) - b.1), b.3); Art, 101º y Art. 102 del Decreto Supremo N° 344-2018-EF modificado por Decreto Supremo N° 234-2022-EF, ello en atención a las argumentaciones contenidas en la parte considerativa de la presente resolución.
