ARTÍCULO PRIMERO: APROBAR el DEDUCTIVO DE OBRA N°01, por el monto ascendente a S/. 159,820.04 (CIENTO CINCUENTA Y NUEVE MIL OCHOCIENTOS VEINTE CON 04/100 NUEVOS SOLES), de la Obra: “CREACIÓN DE POLIDEPORTIVOS EN CASERÍOS DEL DISTRITO DE CHULUCANS, PROVINCIA DE MORROPÓN –PIURA. META I: CONSTRUCCIÓN DE POLIDEPORTIVSO DE LOS CASERÍOS DE SAN PEDRO, FÁTIMA, PACCHA, SOL SOL, KM 41 Y PALO BLANCO DEL DISTRITO DE CHULUCANAS, PROVINCIA DE MORROPÓN – PIURA”. De conformidad con los considerandos expuestos en la parte considerativa en la presente resolución.
