ARTICULO PRIMERO. - RECONOCER como ORGANIZACIÓN SOCIAL DE BASE al COMITÉ DE VASO DE LECHE “LAS LAGUNAS” – AA.HH. LAS LAGUNAS – DISTRITO DE CHICLAYO – PROVINCIA DE CHICLAYO, en el marco de la Ley N° 24059 y, en concordancia con el Art. 6°, numeral 6.2., inc. b) de la Ordenanza Municipal N° 011-2020-MPCH/A.
