ARTICULO PRIMERO. - RECONOCER como ORGANIZACIÓN SOCIAL DE BASE al COMEDOR “NUEVO AMANECER” – AA.HH. WILMER FERNANDEZ MALCA – DISTRITO DE CHICLAYO – PROVINCIA DE CHICLAYO, en el marco de la Ley N° 30790 y, en concordancia con el Art. 6°, numeral 6.2., inc. c) de la Ordenanza Municipal N° 011-2020-MPCH/A.
