ARTICULO PRIMERO. - RECONOCER como ORGANIZACIÓN SOCIAL DE BASE al COMEDOR “VIRGEN DE LAS MERCEDES” – P.J. RICARDO PALMA – DISTRITO DE CHICLAYO – PROVINCIA DE CHICLAYO, en el marco del Decreto Supremo Nº 002-2022-MIDIS y de la Ley 31458 y, en concordancia con el Art. 6°, numeral 6.2., inc. c) de la Ordenanza Municipal N° 011-2020-MPCH/A.
