ARTICULO PRIMERO. - ENCARGAR al ARQ. CARLOS GERMÁN PAREDES GARCÍA, JEFE DEL INSTITUTO METROPOLITANO DE PLANIFICACIÓN TERRITORIAL Y GESTIÓN CATASTRAL, LA GERENCIA DE DESARROLLO URBANO. DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD PROVINCIAL DE CHICLAYO, desde el 27 de diciembre hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2023, mientras dure el período vacacional del titular, en adición a las funciones inherentes a su cargo.
