ARTICULO PRIMERO. - APROBAR, el Presupuesto Institucional de Apertura para el Año Fiscal 2024 de la Municipalidad Provincial de Chiclayo, ascendente a la suma de S/ 206,353,055 (DOSCIENTOS SEIS MILLONES TRESCIENTOS CINCUENTA Y TRES MIL, CINCUENTA Y CINCO CON 00/100 SOLES), para el periodo correspondiente entre el 01 de enero al 31 de diciembre de 2024.
