ARTICULO PRIMERO. - ENCARGAR al CPC. PORFIRIO DE LA CRUZ SARMIENTO, SUBGERENTE DE CONTABILIDAD Y COSTOS, LA SUBGERENCIA DE TESORERÍA Y FINANZAS, durante los días 14 y 15 de noviembre de 2023, en adición a las funciones inherentes a su cargo.
