ARTÍCULO PRIMERO.- DESIGNAR, AL COMITÉ ESPECIAL PARA EL PROCESO DE SELECCION LICITACION PUBLICA Nº 06 - 2011-MPCH-CE en el marco del D.U. Nº054-2011 EJECUCION DE LA OBRA: CONSTRUCCIÓN DE PAVIMENTO Y VEREDAS DE LAS CALLES LOS LAURELES Y LOS NARANJOS, TRAMO AV. SALAVERRY y ACEQUIA PULEN DISTRITO DE CHICLAYO, PROVINCIA DE CHICLAYO - LAMBAYEQUE - PRIMERA CONVOCATORIA el cual estará encargado de conducir y ejecutar los Procesos de selección, en aplicación del Art. 24º -D. L. Nº 1017, en concordancia con el Art. 27º del D. S Nº 184-2008-EF REGLAMENTO DEL DECRETO LEGISLATIVO Nº 1017 LEY DE CONTRATACIONES DEL ESTADO, el cual estará conformado por las siguientes personas:
