ARTICULO PRIMERO.- APROBAR, la AMPLIACIÓN DE PLAZO Nº 01 POR QUINCE (15) DÍAS CALENDARIO, al CONSORCIO LVC, para la ejecución de la Obra: CONSTRUCCIÓN DE PAVIMENTO EN CALIENTE EN AV. CONFRATERNIDAD (TRAMO ENTRE AV. EL PROGRESO Y CARRETERA A LAMBAYEQUE) - P.J. RICADO PALMA, PROVINCIA DE CHICLAYO - LAMBAYEQUE, por los fundamentos señalados en la presente Resolución, siendo establecida la nueva fecha de término de obra el día 06 de Abril del 2011.
