ARTICULO PRIMERO.-APROBAR la AMPLIACION DE PLAZO No 01 POR NOVENTA (90) DIAS CALENDARIO sin reconocimiento de mayores gastos, solicitado por la Empresa CONSORCIO 9 DE OCTUBRE, de la Obra MEJORAMIENTO DEL SITEMA DE REDES DE AGUA POTABLE, ALCANTARILLADO CON CONEXIONES DOMICILIARIAS EN LOS PUEBLOS JOVENES 9 DE OCTUBRE Y ELIAS AGUIRRE-PROVINCIA DE CHICLAYO, siendo establecida la nueva fecha de término de obra, el día 17 de Abril del 2012.
