Resolución Gerencial N.° 0179-2013-MPCH-GG

ARTICULO PRIMERO.- Declarar IMPROCEDENTE Recurso de Reconsideración al Contratista CONSORCIO PROGRESO el ADICIONAL DE OBRA N 01, PAVIMENTO FLEXIBLE'EN CALIENTE AV. PEDRO RUIZ (ENTRE AV. LUIS GONZALES y AV. E. LORA Y LORA) Y AV. EUFEMIO LORA y LORA (ENTRE AV. PEDRO RUIZ y AV. FERNANDO BELAUNDE) - PROVINCIA DE CHICLAYO - LAMBAYEQUE asciende a la suma de S/.138,245.35 nuevos soles (inc. IGV), representando el 14.98% del monto del contrato original de la Obra por las consideraciones antes expuestas.
ARTICULO SEGUNDO.- ENCARGAR a las Gerencias de Administración, Infraestructura Pública, Presupuesto y Estadística el cumplimiento de la presente Resolución.
