SE RESUELVE:

ARTÍCULO PRIMERO.- DESIGNAR A LOS MIEMBROS DEL COMITÉ ESPECIAL PARA EL PROCESO DE SELECCIÓN POR ADJUDICACIÓN DIRECTA PÚBLICA POR SUBASTA INVERSA PRESENCIAL N°; 10-2014-MPCH-CE ADQUISICIÓN DE PINTURA PARA LA SEÑALIZACIÓN HORIZONTAL DE LAS URBANIZACIONES LOS PARQUES, SANTA VICTORIA Y LA PRIMAVERA- CHICLAYO - LAMBAYEQUE - PRIMERA CONVOCATORIA, el cual estará encargado de conducir y ejecutar los Procesos de Selección. en aplicación del Art. 24°; - Decreto Legislativo N°; 1017 y su modificación, en concordancia con el Art. 27°; del Decreto Supremo N°; 184-2008-EF REGLAMENTO DEL DECRETO LEGISLATIVO N°; 1017 LEY DE CONTRATACIONES DEL ESTADO y su modificación el D. S. N°; 138-2012-EF, el cual estará conformado por las siguientes personas:

ARTÍCULO SEGUNDO.- DISPONER, que EL COMITÉ ESPECIAL PARA EL PROCESO DE SELECCIÓN POR ADJUDICACIÓN DIRECTA PÚBLICA POR SUBASTA INVERSA PRESENCIAL N°; 10-2014-MPCH-CE ADQUISICIÓN DE PINTURA PARA LA SEÑALIZACIÓN HORIZONTAL DE LAS URBANIZACIONES LOS PARQUES, SANTA VICTORIA Y LA PRIMAVERA - CHICLAYO - LAMBAYEQUE - PRIMERA CONVOCATORIA; proceda de acuerdo con las atribuciones que señala la Ley de Contrataciones del Estado y su Reglamento; así mismo se precisa estrictamente que dicho Comité Especial dará cuenta mediante un Informe Final a la Gerencia General de todas las acciones realizadas.

ARTÍCULO TERCERO.- ENCARGAR, a la Sub. Gerencia de Secretaría General, su archivo respectivo.
