ARTICULO SEGUNDO: ENCARGAR al Comité; para que en un plazo o mayor de veinte (20) dí;as siguientes de notificada la presente Resolución, junto con contratista, proceda a verificar el fiel cumplimiento de lo establecido en los plano y especificaciones té;cnicas; así; como tambié;n de los demás procedimientos establecidos e e artí;culo 210°; del Decreto Supremo N°;184-2008-EF-Reglamento de la Ley de Contrataciones del Estado, bajo responsabilidad.

ARTICULO TERCERO: ENCARGAR a Secretaria General su archivo respectivo. ;
