ARTICULO SEGUNDO: ENCARGAR al Comité; para que en un plazo no mayor de veinte (20) dí;as siguientes de notificada la presente Resolución, junto con elj contratista, proceda a verificar el fiel cumplimiento de lo establecido en los planos y especificaciones té;cnicas; así; como tambié;n de los demás procedimientos establecidos en el artí;culo 210°; del Decreto Supremo N°; 184-2008-EF - Reglamento de la Ley de Contrataciones del Estado, bajo responsabilidad.
ARTICULO TERCERO: ENCARGAR a Secretaria General su archivo respectivo.
