ARTICULO PRIMERO: APROBAR EL DEDUCTIVO DE OBRA N° 02 VINCULANTE CON ADICIONAL DE OBRA N° 02, respecto a la obra MEJORAMIENTO INTEGRAL DEL SERVICIO DE AGUA POTABLE Y ALCANTARILLADO DEL PUEBLO JOVEN TUPAC AMARU Y PJ AMPLIACION TUPAC AMARU, DISTRITO DE CHICLAYO, PROVINCIA DE CHICLAYO Y DEPARTAMENTO DE LAMBAYEQUE contando con la conformidad por parte del supervisor de la obra (CARTA N° 079-2020-JMHPO/SUP) la OPINION del area usuaria, la subgerencia de supervision y liquidacion de obras (INFORME N° 199-2020-MPCH/SGSLO), y la conformidad de la gerencia de infraestructura publica (INFORME N° 325-2020/MPCH/GIP).
