ARTICULO PRIMERO: APROBAR el Expediente de Contratación del SERVICIO DE CONSULTORIA PARA LA ELABORACION DEL PLAN REGULADOR DE RUTAS de la Municipalidad Provincial de Chiclayo, por el valor referencial de S/ 354,708.00 Soles (TRESCIENTOS CINCUENTA Y CUATRO MIL SETENCIENTOS OCHO CON 00/100 SOLES), por tener la documentación técnica y legal establecida en el artículo 21° del D.S N° 350-2015-EF.
