ARTíCULO PRIMERO: APROBAR AMPLIACIóN DE PLAZO PARCIAL por la causal de atraso y/ o paralización no imputable al contratista, establecida en el inciso b) del Art 158.1 del Reglamento de la Ley de Contrataciones del Estado, solicitada por el CONSORCIO EQUIPOS Y SOLUCIONES AMBIENTALES PERU (conformado por SOCIEDAD DE AUTOMOTORES INKA S.A.C, GRUPPO AMBIENTALE S.A.C y PERU BUSINESS CORPORATION S.A.C), contratos derivados de la Lic itación Publica N° 05-2021-MPCH-CS: ADQUISICIóN DE CAMIóN COMPACTADOR EN LA SUBGERENCIA DE RESIDUOS SóLIDOS DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD PROVINCIAL DE CHICLAYO, DISTRITO DE CHICLA YO, PROVINCIA DE CHICLAYO, DEPARTAMENTO DE LAMBAYEQUE CON CUi N° 2518070, conforme al siguiente detalle.
