ARTICULO PRIMERO.- DECLARAR INFUNDADO el Recurso Administrativo de Apelación, interpuesto por don RONALD PAUL TORRES ALTAMIRANO contra Ia Carta N° 3077-2016- MPCH/GRR.HH de fecha 21 de Octubre del 2016, conforme los fundamentos expuestos en la presente resolucion.

ARTICULO SEGUNDO.- Tengase por Agotada Ia Via Administrativa y notifiquese al interesado conforme a Ley.
