ARTICULO PRIMERO: APROBAR la MODIFICACION DEL ARTICULO PRIMERO DE LA PARTE RESOLUTIVA DE LA RESOLUCION DE ALCALDIA N° 618-2016-MPCH/A, QUE APRUEBA LA CONFORMACION del ;EQUIPO TECNICO ; de la Municipalidad Provincial de Chiclayo, responsable de elaborar, Presentar Ia ;META N° 02 ;IMPLEMENTAR UN PROGRAMA DE SEGREGACION EN LA FUENTE Y RECOLECCION SELECTIVA DE RESIDUOS SOLIDOS DOMICILIARIOS EN VIVIENDAS URBANAS DE LA PROVINCIA DE CHICLAYO SEGUN PORCENTAJES CATEGORIZADOS ;. Siendo esta su redaccion:

> RECOMPONER el Equipo Tecnico de Trabajo de la Municipalidad Provincial de Chiclayo, responsable del cumplimiento de la Meta N° 02, referente a la Segregación de Residuos Sólidos Domiciliarios , planteados en el Plan de Incentivos a la Mejora de ;la Gestión y Modernización Municipal del alio 2016, aprobado mediante D.S. N° 400- 2015-EF, el mismo que estará integrado por:
