Municipalidad Provincial de Chiclayo

RESUELVE:

ARTICULO PRIMERO.- DAR POR CONCLUIDA LA DESIGNACION del Ing. DYCK STALEY VALENTIN REQUE ZAPATA, como Gerente General del Institute Vial Provincial - IVP, de Ia Municipalidad Provincial de Chiclayo, a partir del 20 de octubre 2017, dendole las gracias por los servicios prestados, debiendo hacer entrega del cargo con las formalidades que establece Ia ley.

ARTICULO SEGUNDO.- DEJAR SIN EFECTO todas las Resoluciones de Alcaldia que se opongan a Ia presente disposici6n municipal.
