ARTICULO PRIMERO.- DESIGNAR al Abogado CARLOS ALBERTO GONZALES NUÑEZ, como Gerente de Desarrollo Vial y Transporte de la Municipalidad Provincial de Chiclayo, a partir del 18 de octubre del 2017, bajo el Regimen Especial de ContrataciOn Administrativa de Servicios (CAS) de la ResoluciOn de Alcaldia N° 068-2016-MPCH/A..

ARTICULO SEGUNDO.- DEJAR SIN EFECTO todas las Resoluciones de Alcaldia que se opongan a la presente disposición municipal.
