ARTICULO PRIMERO.- APROBAR el piano L-M (Plano de lotizacion-Manzaneo) en el cual se detalla el area de infiuencia para la intervención del MEJORAMIENTO DE LOS SERVICIOS DE AGUA POTABLE Y ALCANTARILLADO SANITARIO DE UPIS AMPLIACION CRUZ DEL PERDON - DISTRITO DE CHICLAYO - PROVINCIA DE CHICLAYO - REGION LAMBAYEQUE con codigo 2367898.

ARTICULO SEGUNDO.-NOTIFICAR al Ministerio de Vivienda, Construccion y Saneamiento a la Gerencia Municipal, asi como a la Sub Gerencia de Desarrollo Urbano y Rural y demas areas correspondientes para su publicación y fines pertinentes.
