ARTiCLILO PRIMERO: MODIFICAR la Resolución de Alcaldia N. 502-2017-MPCH de fecha 11 de Julio del 2017, quedando CONSTITUIDA la Comisión Negociadora de In Municipalidad Provincial de Chiclayo, para In discusión y solución del Pliego de Reclamos para el ejercicio 2018, presentado por el Sindicato Provincial de Trabajadores Municipales Chiclayo, de la siguiente manera:

ARTICULO CUARTO.- NOTIFICAR la presente resolución en la forma prevista por el TUO de la Ley N° 27444, Ley de Procedimiento Administrativo General, para los fines pertinentes.
