ARTICULO PRIMERO.- APROBAR el Expediente Té;cnico de Mantenimiento Vial Rutinario Tramo I: HUACA PIEDRA - SANTA ROSA DE COLLIQUE ALTO, otorgandole el siguiente presupuesto:

- COSTO DIRECTO S/. 6,019.24

- GASTOS GENERALES S/. 8,276.10

- UTILIDAD (5.0%) S/. 413.80

- SUBTOTAL S/. 8,689.90

- IGV (18.0%) S/. 1,564.18 D P4

- VALOR DEL PRESUPUESTO S/. 10,254.09

ARTICULO SEGUNDO,- ENCARGAR a Ia Gerencia General del Instituto Vial vincial Chiclayo el cumplimiento de la presente Resolución.
