ARTICULO PRIMERO.- DESIGNAR AL CPC. SAUL HERNANDEZ TERAN COMO GERENTE GENERAL DEL CENTRO DE GESTION TRIBUTARIA DE CHICLAYO - CGT, a partir del 13 de Diciembre del 2018.
ARTICULO SEGUNDO.- DEJAR sin efecto todas las Resoluciones de Alcaldia que se opongan a la presente disposicion municipal.
