ARTICULO PRIMERO.- DESIGNAR al Arquitecto SAMUEL NEPTALI CARRASCO CALDERON, como Gerente del Centro de Gestión Inmobiliaria - CEGICH, de Ia Municipalidad Provincial de Chiclayo, a partir del 24 de octubre 2018, bajo el Regimen Especial de Contratación Administrativa de Servicios (CAS) de la ResoluciOn de Alcaldia N° 068-2016- MPCH/A..

ARTICULO SEGUNDO.- DEJAR SIN EFECTO todas las Resoluciones de Alcaldia que se opongan a Ia presente disposicion municipal.
