Municipalidad Provincial de Chiclayo

ARTICULO PRIMERO.- DECLARAR LA CADUCIDAD y REVERSION a favor de la nicipalidad Provincial de Chiclayo el Puesto N° 70 SECTOR VERDURAS DEL MERCADO JOSE QUINONES GONZALES de Chiclayo. ;

ARTICULO SEGUNDO.- OTORGAR a GLADYS YOLANDA CHUQUISTA MOZOMBITE Ia Conduccion del PUESTO N° 70 SECTOR VERDURAS DEL MERCADO JOSE QUINONES GONZALES de Chiclayo; respetandose las disposiciones establecidas en la Ordenanza Municipal N° 017-2005-GPCH.

ARTICULO TERCERO.- CUMPLIR con el pago por Concepto de Conducción del puesto y/o tienda, contemplado en el TEXTO UNICO DE PROCEDIMIENTOS ADMINISTRATIVOS- TUPA; en mé;rito a los fundamentos del presente informe.

ARTICULO CUARTO.- ENCARGAR al Centro de Gestion Tributaria de Chiclayo, actualizar el padron y registro informatico del referido puesto y/o tienda.

ARTICULO QUINTO.- NOTIFICAR, al interesado en el puesto N° 70 SECTOR VERDURAS DEL MERCADO JOSE QUINONES GONZALES de Chiciayo; asi como a la Sub Gerencia de PromociOn Empresarial y Formalizacion del Comercio. A

ARTICULO SEXT0.- ENCARGAR a la Gerencia de lmagen Institucional y Relaciones Publicas su publicaciOn conforme a Ley, y a la Gerencia de Tecnologia y Comunicacion la difusion y publicacion en el portal de la Municipalidad Provincial de Chiclayo, www.munichiclayo.gob.pe.
