ACUERDA:

ARTICULO PRIMERO: RECOMENDAR A LA GERENCIA DE INFRAESTRUCTURA PU;BLICA DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD PROVINCIAL DE CHICLAYO, PRIORICE LA ELABORACIO;N DEL EXPEDIENTE TE;CNICO PARA LA CONSTRUCCIO;N DE DOS PUENTES PEATONALES U OVALO PARA EL ACCESO A LA UNIVERSIDAD CATO;LICA SANTO TORIBIO DE MOGROVEJO USAT Y AL HOSPITAL REGIONAL DE CHICLAYO, DEBIENDO INFORMAR AL PLENO DEL CONCEJO.

ARTICULO SEGUNDO: ENCARGAR a la Gerencia General Municipal, y a las gerencias pertinentes el cumplimiento del presente acuerdo unicipal, a la Gerencia de Imagen Institucional y Relaciones Pú;blicas y a la Gerencia de Tecnologí;a y Comunicación la difusión y publicación en el portal de la Municipalidad Provincial de Chiclayo, www.munichiclayo.gob.pe
