ACUERDA:

ARTICULO PRIMERO: DISPONER EL COMITE; PROVINCIAL DE SEGURIDAD CIUDADANA CUMPLA EN ESTRICTO CON LOS PLAZOS ESTIPULADOS EN LA LEY 27933 DEL SISTEMA NCIONAL DE SEGURIDAD CIUDADANA.

ARTICULO SEGUNDO: ENCARGAR a la Gerencia General Municipal, y a las gerencias pertinentes el cumplimiento del presente acuerdo unicipal, a la Gerencia de Imagen Institucional y Relaciones Pú;blicas y a la Gerencia Tecnologí;a y Comunicación la difusión y publicación en el portal de la nicipalidad Provincial de Chiclayo, www.munichiclayo.gob.pe
