ACUERDA:
ARTICULO PRIMERO: AUTORIZAR el registro de firma del CPC. PEDRO JOSE VERA SALCEDO, Gerente de AdministraciOn y Finanzas, como TITULAR, y al Sr. HERMES FRANCISCO GUIMOYE CADENAS, Sub Gerente de Presupuesto y Estadistica, como SUPLEN'I'E para las operaciones bancarias y financieras de la Municipalidad Provincial de Chiclayo, dejandose sin efecto todas las disposiciones municipales que se le opongan.
ARTICULO SEGUNDO: ARTICULO SEGUNDO: DEJAR constancia de la votacion; EN CONTRA 05 VOTOS: Senores Regidores GUILLERMO ENRIQUE SEGURA DIAZ, LILIANA BARRANTES PISCOYA, CESAR AUGUSTO TORRES GALVEZ, LAURA YRENE HERNANDEZ GONZALES y VICTOR RAUL ROJAS DIAZ. A FAVOR 08 VOTOS: Senores Regidores; EDWIN ANTERO HUANCAS OJEDA, ALFREDO ARAN MONTENEGRO BERME°;, BORIS GUSTAVO BARTRA GROSSO, ELVIS BUSTAMANTE TARRILLO, JUAN CARLOS PEREZ BAUTISTA, JOSE LUIS CARLOS CABREJOS UCASTAY, OCTAVIO ROMERO ROMERO, RICARDO GUILLERMO LARA DQIG y ABSTENCIONES: 01 VOTOS. ARTICULO TERCERO: ENCARGAR a la Gerencia General unicipal, y a las gerencias pertinentes el cumplimiento del presente acuerdo unicipal, a la Sub Gerencia de Imagen Jnstitucional y Relaciones Publicas y a la Gerencia de Tecnologia y Comunicacion la difusion y publicaciein en el portal de la Municipalidad Provincial de Chiclayo, www.munichiclayo.gob.pe.
