ACUERDA:
ARTICULO PRIMERO: DISPONER QUE EL DESPACHO DE ALCALDIA EFECTUE LAS ACCIONES ADMINISTRATIVAS PERTINENTES PARA 0GQUE SE SUSCRIBA EL ;CONVENIO DE COOPERACION INTEIUNSTITUCIONAL PARA EL FUNCIONAMIENTO DE PROGRAMAS NO ESCOLARIZADOS DE EDUCACION INICIAL - PRONOI ;, entre la Gerencia Regional de Educación - Lambayeque y la Municipalidad Provincial de Chiclayo.
ARTICULO SEGUNDO: ENCARGAR a la Gerencia General Municipal, y a las gerencias pertinentes el cumplimiento del presente acuerdo municipal, a la Gerencia de Imagen Institucional y Relaciones Publican y a la Gerencia de Tecnologia y Comunicación la difusión y publicación en el portal de la Municipalidad Provincial de Chiclayo, www.munichiclayo.gob.pe
