ARTICULO PRIMERO: ;RATIFICAR EL ACTA DE APROBACION DEL PLAN LOCAL DE SEGURIDAD CIUDADANA 2018, de la Municipalidad Provincial de Chiclayo, conforme a la Ley N°; 27933 Ley del Sistema Nacional de Seguridad Ciudadana y su Reglamento el Decreto Supremo N°; 011-2014, por los fundamentos expuestos en la parte considerativa.
ARTICULO SEGUNDO: DEJAR constancia de la votación; A FAVOR: Senores Regidores (08) EDWIN ANTERO HUANCAS OJEDA, ELVIS BUSTAMANTE TARRILLO, JUAN CARLOS PEREZ BAUTISTA, JOSE LUIS CARLOS CABREJOS UCA&AY, OCTAVIO ROMERO ROMERO, ALFREDO MONTENEGRO BERNIE°;, JOSE HILDEBRANDO BARRUETO SANCHEZ, RICARDO GUILLERMO LARA DOIG; ABSTENCIONES: Senores Regidores (04) GUILLERMO ENRIQUE SEGURA DIAZ, LAURA YRENE HERNANDEZ GONZALES, CESAR EDGARDO SISNIEGAS VERGARA, CESAR AUGUSTO TORRES GALVEZ. EN CONTRA (01) voto Sefiora Regidora LILIANA BARRANTES PISCOYA.
ARTICULO TERCERO: DISPONER a la Gerencia General Municipal, y a las demas gerencias correspondientes el cumplimiento del presente acuerdo municipal; a la Gerencia de Imagen Institucional y Relaciones Publicas y a la Gerencia de Tecnologia y Comunicacion la difusion y publicacion en el portal de la Municipalidad Provincial de Chiclayo, www. muni chi clayo.gob pe.
