SE RESUELVE:
APROBAR, el Expediente de CONTRATACIÓN DE LA ADQUISICIÓN DE AGROFILM 10 (250 MICRAS) 8M X 5M PARA EL PROYECTO "MEJORAMIENTO DE LA DIETA ALIMENTARIA DE LA POBLACIÓN RURAL CON LA PRODUCCIÓN DE HORTALIZAS Y CRIANZA DE ANIMALES MENORES EN LAS COMUNIDADES DE CHUNTAHUILQUI Y ALLILLUMA DEL DISTRITO DE CHALLHUAHUACHO - PROVINCIA DE COTABAMBAS - DEPARTAMENTO DE APURÍMAC", por LICITACIÓN PÚBLICA ABREVIADA N°043-2025-DEC-MDCH-1, mediante el sistema de contratación Suma Alzada y por un valor estimado de S/. 54,000.00 (cincuenta y cuatro mil con 00/100 soles), conforme a las especificaciones realizadas en la parte considerativa de la presente resolución; y en lo establecido en la Ley N°32069 – Ley General de Contrataciones Públicas y su reglamento, según el siguiente detalle:
