APROBAR la CONTRATACIÓN DIRECTA POR SITUACIÓN DE EMERGENCIA DEL “SERVICIO DE IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE MEDIDAS DE PROTECCIÓN ESTRUCTURAL DEL AREA DEGRADADA POR RESIDUOS SÓLIDOS MUNICIPALES EN EL DISTRITO DE CHACLACAYO”, por el monto total de S/ 298,500.00 (Doscientos noventa y ocho mil Quinientos con 00/100 soles); sustentado con los informe técnico e informe legal referidos en los considerados de la presente resolución
