APROBAR, las Bases de la ADJUDICACIÓN SIMPLIFICADA­DECRETO DE URGENCIA 032-2023-02-MDC-CS- SEGUNDA CONVOCATORIA PARA LA CONTRATACIÓN DE SERVICIO EN GENERAL PARA LA EJECUCIÓN DE LA FICHA TÉCNICA: “EVACUACIÓN DE AGUAS PLUVIALES DEL AA.HH. LA PRIMAVERA I Y II ETAPA, DISTRITO DE CASTILLA, DISTRITO DE CASTILLA-PIURA-PIURA". De conformidad a los considerandos antes expuestos.
