ARTICULO PRIMERO: APROBAR con eficacia anticipada de fecha 20 de mayo de 2025, la implementación del PLAN DE SEGURIDAD Y SALUD, PLAN DE MANEJO AMBIENTAL, PROGRAMA DE MONITOREO Y PLAN DE CONTINGENCIA Y SEGURIDAD DE LA OBRA: “MEJORAMIENTO Y AMPLIACION DEL SERVICIO DE AGUA POTABLE Y ALCANTARILLADO DEL BARRIO MIRAFLORES SECTOR NOR ESTE DISTRITO DE CANOAS DE PUNTA SAL, PROVINCIA DE CONTRALMIRANTE VILLAR, DEPARTAMENTO DE TUMBES CON CUI N° 2522603, el cual forma parte integrante del presente informe, según lo establecido en el INFORME N° 404-2025/MDCPS-GDUR-EAYL; y, por los fundamentos expuestos en la parte considerativa de la presente resolución.
