DECLARAR DUELO PROVINCIAL, durante los dias 05 y 06 de octubre de 2023, por el sensible fallecimiento del Vicealmirante (r) LUIS ALEJANDRO GIAMPIETRI RIOJAS, como justo homenaje por su invaluable aporte a la Nación y a la Provincia Constitucional del Callao.
