APROBAR, la RESOLUCIÓN PARCIAL DEL CONTRATO N°008-2024- GM-MPC-PS, derivada del procedimiento de selección AS N°01-2024-CS-MPC-l, “CONTRATACION DEL SERVICIO DE ALQUILER DE MAQUINARIAS PARA EL PROYECTO "CREACION DEL CAMINO VECINAL DESDE LA COMUNIDAD CAMPESINA DE UNURAQUI KM 0+000 HASTA EL SECTOR DE CALCACCASA, KM 13+500 DEL DISTRITO DE CALCA- PROVINCIA DE CALCA- DEPARTAMENTO DEL CUSCO”, la entidad deberá valorizar al contratista por la prestación efectuada por las horas trabajadas 165:01:00 equivalente al monto de s/. 16,502.00 soles correspondiente al 3er entregable y resolviendo a favor de la entidad por las horas restantes de equivalente a s/8,498.00 soles correspondiente al 3er entregable y en su totalidad respecto al 4to y 5to entregable el monto de s/45,000.00 soles.
