ARTÍCULO PRIMERO.- ; AUTORIZAR el pago POR MAYORES METRADOS Nº 02 de la obra: "MEJORAMIENTO DEL SERVICIO DE TRANSITABILIDAD CON LA PAVIMENTACION DE CALLES VARIAS EN EL SECTOR 19 NUEVO CAJAMARCA DEL DISTRITO DE CAJAMARCA, PROVINCIA DE CAJAMARCA - DEPARTAMENTO DE CAJAMARCA", por el monto ascendente a S/. 9,628.39 (NUEVE MIL SEISCIENTOS VEINTIOCHO CON 39/100 SOLES) que representa el 0.2912% respecto al monto contractual, a favor del "CONSORCIO EJECUTOR NUEVO CAJAMARCA" representado por su representante común Sr. Eduard Leoncio Cusma Gonzales, en atención a los fundamentos expuestos en la parte considerativa de la presente resolución siendo estos de responsabilidad estricta de las áreas técnicas correspondientes .
