Resolución N.° RESOLUCION DE GERENCIA MUNICIPAL N.° 396-2021-MPC/G.M.

ARTÍCULO PRIMERO. - AUTORIZAR el pago POR MAYORES METRADOS N.º 01 de la obra: obra "CONSTRUCCIÓN DE ESPACIO DEPORTIVO CERRADO, EN EL (LA) I.E SAN MARCELINO CHAMPAGNAT- CAJAMARCA, DISTRITO DE CAJAMARCA PROVINCIA DE CAJAMARCA, DEPARTAMENTO DE CAJAMARCA", por el monto ascendente a de S/. 177, 049.69 (Ciento Setenta y Siete mil Cuarenta y Nueve con 69/1000 soles), que representa el 10.16 %, del monto contractual; a favor de la Empresa SERVICIOS GENERALES JUVASA E.I.R.L. representado por su Representante Legal Segundo Juan Valera Salazar, en atención a los fundamentos expuestos en la parte considerariva de la presente resolución siendo estos de responsabilidad estricta de las áreas técnicas correspondientes.
