APROBAR la finalización del procedimiento de ITSE PREVIA AL OTORGAMIENTO DE LA LICENCIA DE FUNCIONAMIENTO PARA EL ESTABLECIMIENTO OBJETO DE INSPECCIÓN CLASIFICADO CON NIVEL DE RIESGO MEDIO SEGÚN LA MATRIZ DE RIESGOS, iniciado ante la Municipalidad Provincial de Cajabamba, por el administrada REYES AVILA MARIA ESTELA, identificada con DNI N° 75060636, como representante legal del local RESTAURANT ROYKI’S con RUC N° 10750606364 ubicado en JR. GRAU N° 841, Distrito y Provincia de Cajabamba, Departamento Cajamarca, considerando un área total de 220 m2 y con capacidad de aforo de 60 personas
