Aburto Salirrosas, Jefe de la Unidad de Logística y Control Patrimonial; el Informe N° 091-2025-MDC/URRHH, de fecha 11 de setiembre dle 2025, emitido por la Econ. Carlos Román Leiva Ventura, Gerente Municipal; el Informe N° 530-2025-MDC/OPP/ASO, de fecha 11 de setiembre del 2025, emitido por el CPC Amado Salirrosas Olivares, Jefe de la Oficina de Planeamiento y Presupuesto; el Informe N° 092-2025-MDC/URRHH, de fecha 11 de setiembre del 2025, emitido por la Econ. Laura Anabela Rodríguez García, Jefe de la Unidad de Recursos Humanos; sobre CONFORMACIÓN DE COMITÉ EVALUADOR PARA EL PROCESO DE SELECCIÓN DE PERSONAL BAJO EL RÉGIMEN ESPECIAL DE CONTRATACIÓN ADMINISTRATIVA DE SERVICIOS - CAS TRANSITORIO N° 004-2025-MDC, y;

ARTÍCULO PRIMERO: CONFORMAR, el COMITÉ EVALUADOR DEL PROCESO DE SELECCIÓN DE PERSONAL BAJO EL RÉGIMEN ESPECIAL DE CONTRATACIÓN ADMINISTRATIVA DE SERVICIOS - CAS TRANSITORIO N° 004-2025-MDC de la Municipalidad Distrital de Cachicadán; conforme al siguiente detalle:
