Puente de los Suspiros
El Puente de los Suspiros, inaugurado el 14 de febrero de 1876 durante el gobierno del alcalde Francisco García Monterroso, fue construido para unir las calles Ayacucho y Ábregu, con dimensiones iniciales de 44 m de largo, 3 m de ancho y 8.5 m de altura. En 1881, el ejército chileno incendió parte del puente, pero se restauró con la ayuda de Patricio Lynch. A lo largo del tiempo, fue reparado en varias ocasiones. En 1960, Chabuca Granda popularizó su nombre con la canción "Puente de los Suspiros". En 2014, fue restaurado completamente, reforzado con madera de huayruro y mejorado con iluminación LED. Hoy, es un ícono turístico en Barranco, conocido por su ambiente bohemio y atractivo para turistas nacionales e internacionales.
