IMPONER LA SANCIÓN DE AMONESTACION ESCRITA, al servidor civil SR, OMAR ISMAEL NOREÑA GARCIA, sujeto al Régimen Laboral del Decreto Legislativo N° 276, por haber INCURRIDO EN LA COMISIÓN DE LA FALTA DISCIPLINARIA DESCRITA EN EL ARTÍCULO 85° DE LA LEY N° 30057, LEY DEL SERVICIO CIVIL, LITERAL D) "La negligencia en el desempeño de las fundones"; así mismo del Reglamento de Organización y Funciones - ROF de la Municipalidad Provincial de Barranca, en fundón al artículo 66° y 67°.
