ARTÍCULO PRIMERO: APROBAR la CONFORMACIÓN del COMITÉ DE SELECCIÓN para el CONCURSO PÚBLICO ABREVIADO N° 001-2025-CS/MDA (PRIMERA CONVOCATORIA), PARA LA CONTRATACIÓN DE SERVICIO DE ALQUILER DE MAQUINARIAS PARA EJECUTAR TRABAJOS EN EL ÁREA DEGRADADA POR RESIDUOS SÓLIDOS MUNICIPALES SARAPAMPA DEL DISTRITO DE ASIA, PROVINCIA DE CAÑETE, REGION LIMA, cumplimiendo con lo establecido en el Reglamento de la Ley de Contrataciones - Ley N° 32069 aprobado mediante Decreto Supremo N° 009-2025-EF.
