CONVOCATORIA A LA SEGUNDA SESIÓN EXTRAORDINARIA DEL MES DE DICIEMBRE DEL 2025, DEL CONCEJO MUNICIPAL DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD PROVINCIAL DE ABANCAY.
SEÑORES REGIDORES:
Por encargo del señor Néstor Raúl Peña Sánchez, alcalde de la Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay, se convoca a la Segunda Sesión Extraordinaria, el mismo que se llevará a cabo el día martes 30 de diciembre del 2025, a horas 08:30, en el auditorio del palacio municipal de la Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay, convocatoria efectuada en aplicación del Reglamento Interno del Concejo Municipal vigente, para tratar la siguiente agenda:
AGENDA:
- APROBAR, LA "MODIFICACIÓN PARCIAL DE LA ORDENANZA MUNICIPAL N°019-2022-MPA, QUE APRUEBA EL PLAN REGULADOR DEL SERVICIO DE TRANSPORTE URBANO E INTERURBANO DE LA PROVINCIA DE ABANCAY, EN LO QUE CORRESPONDE A LOS, NUMERALES 5.23, 5.24, 5.66, 5.67, DEL ARTÍCULO 5°, LAS FICHAS TÉCNICAS DE LAS RUTAS URBANAS, ARTÍCULO 14°, ARTÍCULO 15°, ARTÍCULO 28°, ARTÍCULO 48°, ARTÍCULO 76°, TÍTULO IV, ANEXOS I, II, III, SOBRE LA TABLA DE INFRACCIONES, SANCIONES Y MEDIDAS PREVENTIVAS, A LAS EMPRESAS DE TRANSPORTE URBANO E INTERURBANO DE PERSONAS, EL TÍTULO VI Y CAPÍTULO I, RESPECTO DE LA CONCESIÓN DE RUTAS Y EL PROCESO DE LICITACIÓN.
